Bryant "Ben" Hartline
(August 7, 1950 - May 9, 2009)
NORFOLK, VA; Bryant "Ben" Hartline, 58, passed away Saturday May 9, in Norfolk. Ben was a member of Kingdom Steward Ministries in Portmouth. He was a recipient of several safety award achievements, and had a passion for fishing and gardening.
Ben is predeceased by his parents James and Gene Hartline; and his sister Linda McMillan. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Rose Hartline; two daughters Angela Ransom and Jeannette Freeman; three grandchildren, Jon Bryant Ransom, James Freeman, and Alexis Freeman; he also leaves Jerry and Dianne Beardsley, and Kenneth and Sharon Harrington.
A service will be held Wednesday May 13, at 11 AM in Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Valencia Todd. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6 to 8PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk. Condolences may be offered to the family on-line at www.woodlawngroup.com.

Wentzville, Missouri; Ana Marie Hartline, daughter of Mark Hartline and Jody McGuire Southerland, died at birth May 2, 2002, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Peters.
Other survivors include: two brothers, Paul James Hartline and Joshua Caleb Hartline of Evansville, Ind.; two sisters, Savanna Nicole Southerland of Moscow Mills and Samantha Rose Hartline of the home; her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Karen McGuire of Dexter; and her paternal grandmother, Verna Hartline of St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Paul Anderson Hartline.
Graveside services were conducted at the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter.

Dec 28, 1983
"Leader," Sisterville, Tyler County, West Virginia December 31, 1983; Charles Franklin Hartline, 80, of Maple Lane, Sistersville, died Wednesday at his home.
He was born at Antioch, Ohio, a son of the late Andrew and Virginia Bonar Hartline. He was a retired laborer.
He is survived by his wife, Creola Wright Hartline; four sons, Charles Hartline of St. Marys, Robert Hartline of North Benton, Ohio, Victor Hartline and Roger Hartline, both of Sistersville; one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Orr of Sistersville; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Hartline and Ralph Hartline, both of Sistersville.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Jeanette Hartline.
Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Eckels Funeral in Sistersville, with the Rev. Tom Harvey officiating. Burial was in the Friendly Cemetery.

Paul Allen Hartline, 80, of Salem, formerly of Independence, Oregon died October 7, 2009.He was born in Akron, Ohio, to Harold A. Hartline and wife Ella E. Hartline. He graduated from Akron Central High School. Paul worked in the grocery business from the age of 13 until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool and talking politics.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille.
Survivors include his son, John Hartline of Independence; daughters, Cathy Kaiser and April Hartline, both of Salem; sisters, Lorna Adams of Sacramento, Calif., and Linda Wilson of Akron; companion, Donna Medlock of Salem; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
No service will be held at Paul's request. Contributions are suggested to the South Salem Senior Center. Farnstrom Mortuary, Independence, Oregon handled arrangements.
Paul Allen Hartline’s Parents: Harold A. Hartline, born about 1903 in Ohio and Ella E. Hartline. They resided in Akron, Summit, Ohio in 1935.

William Charles (Charlie) Hartline Jr.
Raleigh, North Carolina; William Charlie Hartline Jr., 79, died peacefully Feb. 3, 2005, at Rex Hospital in Raleigh after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
Born April 26, 1925, in Charlotte, N.C., he was the son of the late William Charles (Charlie) and Lottie Gunnel Hartline. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; and five sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Margaret LeMaster Hartline; daughters, Charlene Galloway and husband, Gary Galloway, Harriette Doggett and husband, Bill Doggett and Annette Anderson and husband, Fred Anderson, all of Raleigh. Charlie had nine grandchildren, Bryan Galloway, Scott Galloway, Lauren Ward, Chad Doggett, Laura Stowers, Christy Pitts, Heather Anderson, Michael Anderson, and Kristen Anderson; and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Helen Hartline Hawkins of Charlotte; and sisters-in-law, Harriet Marley and husband, Bill, Anne Williams, and Aurie Williams.
Charlie served in the Navy during World War II. He retired from management at Surburban Propane Gas Company, where he worked for 42 years. In his retirement he helped with the opening of Fred Anderson Toyota. He was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church, where he sang in the Senior Adult Choir. He loved music and loved serving the Lord. He was always a great witness for and had great faith in his Lord Jesus Christ.
His greatest joy came from his sweetheart and wife, Margaret, and the love and adoration of his daughters and their families. He had the company and support of many neighbors, friends and Hospice of Wake County. His family will always be grateful.
A service to celebrate Charlie's life will be held at Trinity Baptist Church on Six Forks Road, today, Feb. 6, 2005, at 3 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church. Interment will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Hospice of Wake County, 1300 St. Mary's St., 4th Floor, Raleigh, NC 27605.

Cedar Creek Pilot, June 23, 2010; Anthony Wayne Hartline was born on August 25, 1992 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on June 17, 2010 in Kemp.
He was a student at Mabank High School and loved football, guitar and fishing.
He attended the Faith Baptist Church of Dallas.
Anthony is survived by his mother Leann Hartline and Mike Haney; sister Amber Hartline; brothers Haden Ward and Austin Ward; grandmother Barbara Lowry; grandfather Kippy Hartline; grandparents Sherry and David Moore and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Kipper Hartline.
Services were held on Monday, June 21 at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Chapel with interment following at Roselawn Memorial Park.

Barry Eugene Hartline, 64, of 30 Baker Street, Lavonia, Georgia husband of Ann Hartline passed away Saturday, October 5, 2013 at his home.
Born June 2, 1949 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Rick Acton Hartline and Zama Jane (Smith) Hartline. He was U.S. Marine veteran.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife Ann Hartline; sons Derek Hartline of Homer, GA; Stone Martin of Tupelo, MS; daughters Amanda Sparks of Tupelo, MS; Misty Hartline of Guntown, MS; siblings John Hartline of Virginia Beach, VA; Terry Brock of Alto, GA; Lisa Bourassa of Phoenix, AZ; and nine grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Tim Hartline.
Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 9, at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church in Homer, GA with Brother Carl Coker officiating.

Charles Massey Hartline, Sr.
Charles Massey Hartline, Sr., 85, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, March 22, 2013. He was born Oct. 7, 1927, in Wildwood, Ga, to the late Sidney James and Nettie Leah Massey Hartline.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Hartline, sisters, Martha Lucille Hansberger and Virginia Ryan.
He was a member of the Wauhatchie United Methodist Church. He was a 50-year member of the Lookout Valley Masonic Lodge F&AM # 673, the Alhambra Shrine and the Lookout Valley Chapter Order of the Eastern Star #483.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Benita Hartline; son, Charles M. “Chuck” Hartline, Jr.; daughter, Sandra Allison (Tommy, Jr.) Jordan; brothers, Tommy Hartline and Buford Hartline, sisters, Carolyn Riley and Patsy Lynch; grandchildren, Alex Hartline, Evan Jordan and Emeree Jordan.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, at Wauhatchie United Methodist Church with Pastor Bill Akers officiating.
Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, West with Masonic graveside rites.
The family will receive friends at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Monday, March 25, from 5-9 p.m.

Mr. James Hartline, age 64 of Gaylesville, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at New Prospect Baptist Church #1 with Rev. Mike Rainey, Rev. Wayne Pace and Rev. Sanford Deberry officiating; with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Mr. Hartline was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late Robert Lee and Maude Sylvester Townsend Hartline, was a reserve deputy for 11 years with Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department, was a Centre Police Department reserve officer for 1 year and was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church #1.

She was born September 3, 1946 in Captina, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Orville D. and Janice French Baughman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Hartline.
Survivors include a daughter, Teri Hartline of Navarre, Ohio; a son, James (Suzanne) Hartline, Jr. of Louisville, Ohio; two grandsons, James Phillip and Max Domenic Hartline; a brother, Orville (Mona) Baughman, Jr. of Clarington; a sister, Charlotte (Paul) Stauffer of Canton, Ohio; and a caretaker, Scott Hoskins of Clarington.

Hartline, Elwood John, “Big John” passed away suddenly on Tuesday September 30, 2008 at Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Elwood was born February 21, 1951.
He lived most of his life in Akron. He was a retired V.P. of Apachees M.C.
A memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5 at Lakeland Area Ministries Church of the Nazarene, Rt. 800, Tippecanoe, Ohio.

Mary Frances (Lanham) Hartline, loving mother, daughter, sister and friend, died peacefully and unexpectedly at her home in Wooster, Ohio, September 17, 2014, at the age of forty-nine.
Mary was born April 2, 1965, in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, and was a hard worker. She took great care of her family.
Surviving are children, Timothy Heckler, Theresa Keltz, Gregory Lanham and Duane Edwards; three grandchildren; her mother, Frances Lanham; a brother, James Lanham; and a sister, Harriet Lanham.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood John Hartline; and a sister, Leslie Watts.
Memorial services were held Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at the Moose in Creston, Ohio. Arrangements were handled by Armstrong Funeral Home, Seville.

Florence G. (Hartline) Deibel-Gribble
(1914-2010)
Florence G. (Hartline) Deibel-Gribble, age 96, went to be with her Lord on Aug. 11, 2010. She was a resident of Legends Care Center of Massillon, Ohio, and a former resident of the Bolivar area.
She was born on May 5, 1914, at Strasburg, Ohio, to the late Chatlain Roscoe and Mary Hazel (Swank) Hartline. She graduated in 1934 from Strasburg High School. She was a homemaker all her life and retired after 20 years from the Burfield Strawberry Farm at Bolivar. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church at Bolivar and a former member of the Lutheran Woman's Guild and the Tuscarawas County Farm Bureau. Her hobby was her love of traveling.
She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by her first husband, Charles D. Deibel, in 1981, and her second husband, Carl D. Gribble, in 1988; a son, Philip Chatlain Deibel; sisters, Fredia Taylor and Verna Lewis; and brothers, Russell, Clifford, and Edward Paul Hartline. Surviving are her children, Elden (Alice) Deibel of Zoar, Ohio, Verle Deibel and friend Gloria Boles of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Cynthia (Earl) Feller of Dover, Ohio, Miriam (Edwin) Kienzle of Canton, Ohio, Marna (Larry) Essig of Waynesburg, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
She is buried in Grandview Cemetery at Strasburg, Ohio.

(1913-2008)
Shelton L. "Buck" Hartline was born on September 27, 1913 and passed away on Friday, November 21, 2008.
Shelton was a resident of Munroe Falls, Ohio at the time of his passing. Buck proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII with the 771st Battalion.
He is survived by his wife Jeanne.
Visitation was at Newcomer Funeral Home followed by a funeral service with Rev. Sam Rittenour officiating. Interment took place Tuesday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.

Catherine Jeanne Hartline, 89, of Munroe Falls, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2011 at home with her family.
She was born in Noble County, Ohio on February 28, 1922 to Arthur and Louella Williamson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Shelton L. “Buck” Hartline; son, David Hartline; and sister, Betty Adkins.
She is survived by sons, Donald (Pat), Shelton (Candi) Hartline; daughter, Shannon (David) Heiss; and daughter-in-law, Susan Hartline; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 25 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home in Stow (Kent Rd. at Rt. 91) followed by a service beginning at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Cole Tawney officiating.

Asenath M. "Seenie" (Myers) Hartline
(1915-2013)
Asenath M. (SEENIE) (Myers) Hartline, 98, formerly of Mt. Holly Springs, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2013. She was the widow of James B. Hartline who passed away October 12, 1980. Asenath was born January 18, 1915 in Carlisle to the late Willis T. and Elizabeth M. Shambaugh Myers.
She graduated from Biglerville High School and worked at March Field in California during WWII. A former employee at Dauphin Deposit Bank, she eventually retired from the Mechanicsburg Naval Supply Depot as the secretary for the base commander. Seenie was a member of the Lutheran faith starting with Goodyear, Mt. Holly Springs and continued today as a member of the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, participating in various ladies groups and the church choir. She also volunteered at the Carlisle Hospital gift shop. Antiquing with her late husband, traveling, especially to the Williamsburg Pottery, and music, were some of her favorite activities.
Surviving is her son, James (Kathy) Hartline of Carlisle; two grandchildren, Heather (Kurtis) Stock of Mechanicsburg and Jason Hartline of Carlisle; a niece, Jeanie Boudman of Carlisle and nephews, Fred (Cindy) Myers of Oakton, VA and Robert Boudman of Carlisle. She was predeceased by two brothers, D. Clifford Myers and Gilbert N. Myers, and granddaughter, Holly Lynn Hartline.
Service of Christian Thanksgiving for the Life of Asenath M. Hartline will be held Friday, February 15 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Timothy W. Sadler and Rev. Carol J. Bowman officiating. A viewing from 12 noon until the time of service will be in the church parlor. A luncheon will follow services in Stock Hall. The interment will be in the Goodyear Cemetery, Gardners, following the meal. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church at 201 West Louther St., Carlisle, PA 17013.
