William Henry “Buddy” Hartline died March 8, 2010 at Parkridge Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Funeral services were held March 10, 2010 by the Mason Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Richard Moeller officiating, interment in Wood Station Cemetery.
